Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using RSPSVote ("the Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Site. RSPSVote is not affiliated with Jagex Ltd or the RuneScape brand in any way.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use this Site. By using RSPSVote, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement. Users under 18 should have parental consent before making any purchases.

3. User Accounts

  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password.
  • You must provide accurate and complete information when registering.
  • One account per person. Creating multiple accounts to circumvent bans or voting limits is prohibited.
  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. Voting Rules

  • Each IP address may vote for a server once every 12 hours.
  • Automated voting (bots, scripts, proxies, VPNs used to circumvent vote limits) is strictly prohibited.
  • Vote manipulation, purchasing votes, or using any unfair means to inflate vote counts is forbidden and will result in immediate removal of the server listing.
  • We reserve the right to remove fraudulent votes and adjust rankings at any time.

5. Server Listings

  • Server owners are solely responsible for their own server's content, legality, and conduct.
  • All server information must be accurate and not misleading.
  • Servers must be genuinely online and playable at time of submission.
  • We reserve the right to reject, remove, or suspend any server listing at our sole discretion, at any time, without notice.
  • Servers promoting illegal activity, hate speech, or harmful content will be immediately removed.
  • RSPSVote takes no responsibility for the content or services provided by listed servers.

6. Subscriptions & Payments

  • Subscription plans (Silver, Gold, Diamond) are billed monthly and renew automatically.
  • The Discord/Game Banner is a one-time payment for 90 days of homepage placement.
  • All payments are processed securely by Stripe.
  • Refund Policy: Due to the digital nature of our services, all sales are final. No refunds will be issued for subscription fees or banner purchases except where required by law.
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time through your dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
  • We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the site for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to hack, scrape, or disrupt the site or its servers
  • Manipulate rankings or voting results by fraudulent means
  • Impersonate other users or RSPSVote staff
  • Submit false, misleading, or defamatory server information
  • Attempt to access other users' accounts

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

RSPSVote is provided "as is" without any warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the site will be available at all times, error-free, or that rankings will be maintained without interruption. We are not responsible for any loss of votes, data, or revenue resulting from downtime or technical issues.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, RSPSVote shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

10. Intellectual Property

RSPSVote and its original content, features and functionality are owned by RSPSVote. RuneScape is a trademark of Jagex Ltd. RSPSVote is a fan-operated community site and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Jagex Ltd in any way.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
